Client Policies
~ We do allow a 15min grace period for each appointment. After 15min, your appointment will be automatically canceled. If your appointment is automatically cancelled, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee
~If you are late to your appointment (no more than 15min), what ever amount of time is left in your appointment is the amount of time you will be serviced
~We ask that you give us a 24hr cancellation notice to allow us to replace your appointment. Failure to give us notice is considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW, which will result in you loosing any deposits/payments made towards your appointment(s). If you paid for the service in full, you loose that payment, and will need to pay for the service in full again in order to re-book.
~All deposits are non-refundable
~NO children under the age of 14yrs. old is permitted in the Beauty Bar. NO EXCEPTIONS
~NO extra guests are allowed in the treatment room
~NO food or drink is allowed in the Beauty Bar
~ALL cell phones are to be placed on silent
~Clients are NOT allowed to use phones during service
~We do NOT negotiate our prices or services
~LASH REFILLS: We do NOT do work behind other lash artists. If you are currently wearing lashes done by another lash artist, please have them removed or schedule with us to have them removed
~LOYALTY PROGRAM: Please remember to get your stamp on the day of your refill appointment. We will not give stamps for past appointments.
Also, this card is only stamped for lash REFILLS only. Lash installs (new sets) are NOT included for stamps.
~ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL
