HOW DO I USE "FLEXIBLE PAY"?

Simply fill out the  "Flexible Pay Form" and hit submit.  Once we receive your form, you will receive email from us with an invoice to submit your first payment (installment).  Once you've made your initial payment (installment), you will then be booked in for your selected service, date, and time in which you will receive confirmation of. 

*Must be 18 years or older to use.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO USE "FLEXIBLE PAY"?

Nothing.  Just as long as each payment (installment) reaches Boudoir Skin & Beauty Bar by your due date.

WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR LATE PAYMENT?

If your payment is not made by your due date, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10.  A $30 collection fee may also be applied if any payment is still outstanding more than 7 days after your due date.  Please view our Agreement Terms.

WHEN ARE MY WEEKLY "FLEXIBLE PAY" PAYMENTS PROCESSED?

Your first payment (of 8 payments) is made when you book your appointment and will be 25% of the service cost for any service over $99.

For example:  Service Price $175

                              Installment 1 - $21.91 Due Today (Jan. 3rd)     Installment 5 - $21.87 Due Jan. 31st

                              Installment 2 - $21.87 Due Jan. 10th                   Installment 6 - $21.87 Due Feb. 7th

                              Installment 3 - $21.87 Due Jan. 17th                   Installment 7 - $21.87 Due Feb. 14th

                              Installment 4 - $21.87 Due Jan. 24th                   Installment 8 - $21.87 Due Feb. 21st

"Flexible Pay" payments and schedules are NOT negotiable.

Your first payment (of 4 payments) is made when you book your appointment and will be 25% of the service cost for any service over $99.

For example:  Service Price $175

                      Installment 1 - $43.75 Due Today (Jan. 3rd).    Installment 3 - $43.75 Due Jan. 17th

                             Installment 2 - $43.75 Due Jan. 10th.                   Installment 4 - $43.75 Due Jan. 24th

"Flexible Pay" payments and schedules are NOT negotiable.

WHAT SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR "FLEXIBLE PAY"?

Any services that are under $99 are NOT available for "Flexible Pay".  

Services that are maintained appointments such as Lash Extensions REFILLS are NOT available for "Flexible Pay"

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT MAKE A PAYMENT?

Once you agree to "Flexible Pay" agreement terms, you agree to make a commitment to pay all payments (installments) on time per your payment schedule.

If your payment does not reach Boudoir Skin & Beauty Bar by the due date, you will be charged a late payment fee of $10.  A $30 collection fee may also be applied if any payment is still outstanding more than 7 days after your due date.

CAN I PAY OFF "FLEXIBLE PAY" EARLY?

Absolutely!  If you would like to do this, please contact Boudoir Skin & Beauty Bar to make arrangements.  However, your appointment date will remain the same and will not be changed.

WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT REFUNDS?  CAN I SWITCH SERVICES?

All payments (installments) are final and non-refundable.  Unfortunately services can not be switched.  We encourage that before committing to "Flexible Pay" you read through our Agreement Terms and FAQ.

WHAT IF MY CARD HAS BEEN LOST OF STOLEN?

Follow your bank's lost or stolen process and contact Boudoir Skin & Beauty Bar as soon as possible so we are to change the card details that your payments are associated with.  This will also help avoid any late payment fees incurred due to a failed or late payments.
